# Getting started with Neur

One credit generates one full report. Credits never expire. There is no subscription and no free tier; if you want to see what a report looks like first, download the [sample report](https://www.neur.co/sample-report.pdf) (a coffee shop in Austin, Texas).

## Steps

1. Go to https://www.neur.co/start and choose a pack.
2. Pay with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. You can pay first and your account is created from the email on the payment.
3. Answer the six-step questionnaire (about five minutes).
4. Your report generates in minutes and appears in your dashboard.
5. Download the PDF, tick through the launch checklist, and recalculate if your plans change.

## Refunds

Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. A generated report is not refundable, because the data has been gathered and the analysis delivered the moment it is created. The one exception is a report that fails to generate, in which case the credit returns to your account automatically. Requests go through the refund form in your dashboard and are reviewed by a person within two business days. Full terms: [Terms of Service, section 6](https://www.neur.co/terms).

## Running more than one report

Use a second credit to test the same idea in a different city, or a different idea in the same city, and compare the scores and pillars side by side in your dashboard.
