Privacy Policy

NEUR LLC ("Neur," "we," "us") operates neur.co. When you use it, we collect:

• Account details — your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account and use them only to create and sign you into your Neur account.
• Questionnaire answers — the business idea, location, budget, goals, and experience you describe so we can generate your report.
• Financing details (optional) — if you complete the Lender Report questionnaire: business stage, loan amount sought, cash available, collateral, credit score range, income range, and monthly debt. If you opt in to a lender referral, your phone number.
• Payment records — purchase history and credit balance. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
• Contact and newsletter — name, email, and message when you write to us or subscribe.
• Usage data — IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, referring site, pages visited, and time on page.

• Generate your reports. Parts of each report are drafted by an AI model using your questionnaire answers and market data, never your name, email, payment, or financing details.
• Process payments, manage credits, and handle refunds.
• Send account, receipt, and report emails, and occasional updates you can opt out of at any time.
• Measure our advertising, prevent fraud and bot sign-ups, and improve the site.
• Comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run the platform for us: authentication and database hosting, payment processing, email delivery, mapping and market data, AI model providers, bot protection, error monitoring, and web hosting. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your financing details are used only to prepare your Lender Report. We share them with a lender only if you opt in to a referral, and you can switch that off at any time under "Update lender answers" on your report page.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms from bots, and remember your preferences. Our own analytics record page views and clicks under a random session ID and are not shared with analytics vendors.

We use the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups and purchases. These set cookies and send Meta and Google the pages you view on neur.co, the actions you take (sign-up, checkout, purchase and amount), your IP address, and browser details. They may combine this with data from their own services and use it across other sites. We do not send them your name, email, questionnaire answers, or financing details.

To opt out, block advertising cookies in your browser or use Meta's Ad Preferences and Google's Ads Settings. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

We keep your account, reports, and financing details while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time under Profile → Delete Account, which removes your profile, reports, financing details, and login and disconnects your usage data from your identity. Backups clear within 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Market data cached from public sources contains no personal information and may be kept indefinitely.

Everything is on your Profile page: update your name and details, download a copy of all the data we hold about you, turn marketing emails on or off, and delete your account. Every marketing email also includes an unsubscribe link.

If you can no longer sign in, email hello@neur.co from the address on your account and we will do it for you within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Neur is operated in the United States and your data is processed there.

Neur is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we delete it if we learn we have.
