Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NEUR LLC ("Neur," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the neur.co website and all related services (the "Platform").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Neur is a data analysis and business intelligence platform that helps entrepreneurs and business owners evaluate market conditions, analyze demographics, assess competition, and plan business launches. We aggregate data from public sources including the US Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and Google Maps to generate personalized reports.

Neur provides data-driven analysis and informational tools. Neur does not provide financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or business consulting services. The information presented on our Platform is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any business decision.

Feasibility scores, industry recommendations, and market analysis are generated using algorithms applied to publicly available data. They represent data-informed estimates, not guarantees of business success or market conditions. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified professionals (attorneys, accountants, business advisors) before making significant business decisions.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.

Neur offers the following options:

• Free Plan: Limited access to report previews and basic data
• Single Report: $59.99 one-time purchase (1 report credit)
• Explorer Pack: $149.99 one-time purchase (3 report credits)

Payments are processed through Stripe. Report credits do not expire. We may introduce additional plans in the future.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.

We offer a 60-minute money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 minutes of purchase by contacting us at diego@neur.co.

Refunds will not be issued after 60 minutes have passed or once the PDF report has been downloaded.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit report data or analysis generated by Neur
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform to engage in any unlawful activity
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users on a single account
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the questionnaire

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to algorithms, scoring methodologies, user interface design, text, graphics, and software — are the exclusive property of NEUR LLC and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes. Reports generated for your account are yours to use, but the underlying methodology and Platform remain our property.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) the data or analysis provided will be accurate, complete, or current; (c) any particular business outcome will result from using the Platform.

Data sourced from third parties (Census Bureau, BLS, Google) is provided as-is. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEUR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform
• Any business decisions made based on information provided by the Platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content on the Platform

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Neur in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NEUR LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through the Platform.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) shall survive.
