Is there a free version?

How much does it cost?
$59.99 for one report credit or $149.99 for three. Credits never expire. There is no subscription.
How long does it take?
The questionnaire takes about five minutes. The report generates in minutes and stays in your dashboard.
What data is the report based on?
US Census Bureau American Community Survey estimates for demographics, Bureau of Labor Statistics QCEW and CES data for employment trends, and Google Places listings for competitors. Every source is listed on the Data sources page.
How accurate is the feasibility score?
It is an estimate built from public data and industry benchmarks, not a prediction. It is most useful for comparing options and spotting problems early. A high score does not guarantee success; a low score points at specific pillars to fix or reconsider.
What do the score labels mean?
80–100 Strong Opportunity, 60–79 Promising, 40–59 Proceed with Caution, 20–39 High Risk, 0–19 Not Recommended Now.
Does it work outside the United States?
No. Neur covers the United States only, all 50 states.
What industries are covered?
108 seed industries across 20 categories, from food and beverage to manufacturing. If your idea is unusual, Neur resolves it with AI assistance and labels the result as such in the report.
Can I run the same idea in several cities?
Yes. Each report uses one credit. The three-credit pack is designed for comparing cities or ideas side by side.
Can I use the report for a loan application?
Yes. The PDF is built to serve as the market research section of a bank or SBA loan application.
What is the refund policy?
Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Generated reports are not refundable, except when a report fails to generate, in which case the credit returns to your account automatically. Requests go through the refund form in your dashboard and are decided within two business days.
Do I need an account before paying?
No. You can pay first; your account is created from the email used at checkout and you sign in with a magic link.
Does Neur store my business idea?
Your questionnaire answers and reports are stored in your account so you can return to them. See the Privacy Policy.
